Camp Policy
To provide a safe environment for all campers and staff members, Campers are expected to follow camp rules and guidelines. Campers who become a danger to themselves, others, or camp property will be sent home at the expense of parents. Refunds will not be issued if a camper returns home early due to illness, injury, or misconduct. In order to foster a community of friendship, electronic devices such as CELL phones, Ipods, or gaming devices are not allowed. Campers are asked to write letters home weekly. Parents are welcome to call the camp at any time to inquire about their campers. To curb competion among campers, candy, gum, and goodies cannot be mailed or sent to the campers. Campers are required to wear seatbelts when traveling in vehicles. Campers are required to wear safety equipment while participating in adventure activities. Campers who do not listen or follow the direction of the counselors will not be allowed to participate in said acitivities. Campers are expected to relate to each other in a positive manner. Put downs or offensive language, bullying, scapegoated, or name calling will not be tolerated in camp environment.
