Tuition includes all meals, lodging, instructions, guidance, training, program supplies, and transportation to and from program sites (for any programs leaving the camp).

For the Adventure Camp only tuition will also include transportation between Salt Lake Airport when enrollment period corresponds to the regular schedule of camp sessions. Tuition does not include transportation between the camper’s home and the Salt Lake Airport.

A reservation deposit is required with the enrollment application.   The reservation will be applied towards the tuition charge.  The amount of the deposit varies depending on the camp you are enrolling in, see below for specific payments. The Tuition balance is due on or before June 1st.  Installment payment is available by prior arrangement with the camp.  Deposits on declined applications will be refunded in full if done in accordance with our policy as documented below.

All reservations deposits and tuition payments will be refunded for cancellations received by My 1st.  No deposits can be refunded for cancellations after May 1st, however, the full deposit amount will be credited to any future year’s enrollment within the family.

Since camp expenses are fixed in advanced based upon a definite number of campers for specified time periods, no rebates or deductions from the tuition can be made for leaving early.  For this reason and due to other difficulties arising from late cancellations, only half of the camp tuition can be refunded for cancellations received during the two weeks prior to each camp session.

We advise that campers do not carry cash while at camp.  We have a Trading Post that will have necessity items such as toothpaste, shampoo, bug spray, lotion, etc. as well as souvenirs like t-shirts, and treats like candy and drinks.  We will have an account set up under your child’s name and you can deposit spending money prior to camp for them to use.  You may send a separate check made out to NAVAJO TRAILS TRADING POST ACCOUNT, or upon arrival a staff member will gather what each camper has in cash or check and deposit it into their account.  The remainder will be sent home with you child in  check made out to the guardian.

Tuition covers minor medical and infirmary care for illnesses.  Medical clinic and hospital care is covered under the camper’s personal health insurance and the camp health and medical insurance policy.  Full information on your family medical policy must be listed in the space provided on the camper health form.

You can register online or through the mail.  To register online click here.  To register through the mail, download our Enrollment Application, by clicking here.  Enrollment is processed upon receiving your applications.  Enrollment is done on a first come first serve basis.
